Getting Started

Create Your Account

1. Download Wombu from App Store or Google Play
2. Tap "Create an account"
3. Enter your details: name, email, password
4. Verify your email
5. Start joining or creating clubs!

Signing In

Use your email and password. You can also sign in with Google or Apple.

Your Profile

Go to Settings to update your profile photo, name, email, password, and language.

1. Tap an invite link from email or message
2. Wombu opens with club details
3. Tap "Join Club"

1. Go to Clubs tab → Discover
2. Browse or search clubs
3. Tap "Request to Join"
4. Write about yourself
5. Owner approves your request

2. Choose your response:
   • Going — You'll attend
   • Interested — You might attend
   • Can't make it — You can't go
3. See who else is attending

Groups

Groups Overview

What Are Groups?

Organize members for targeted communication. Examples:

• Sports: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced
• Reading: Mystery, Science Fiction, Non-Fiction
• Community: Volunteers, Mentors, New Members

Create Groups (Owner/Manager Only)

1. Go to Club Settings → Groups
2. Tap "New group"
3. Enter group name
4. Add members to the group

1. Go to your club
2. Tap "Send a notification"
3. Choose recipients: Everyone or a specific group
4. Write your title and message
5. Tap "Send notification"

Best Practices

• Be clear and descriptive
• Include important details (date, time, location)
• Use specific groups when not everyone needs it
• Review before sending (can't edit after)

   • Free: 20 members
   • Small: 75 members
   • Medium: 250 members
   • Unlimited: No member limit

Make Your Club Public

Go to Club Settings and enable "Public/Discoverable" so people can find and request to join your club.

General

Can I be in multiple clubs?

Yes! Join as many clubs as you want with one account. Members are always free.

What are the subscription tiers?

Free: 20 members, €0/month
Small: 75 members, €13.11/month
Medium: 250 members, €22.94/month
Unlimited: Unlimited members, €40.98/month

Club Management

What's the difference between groups and roles?

Roles (Owner, Manager, Member) control permissions. Groups organize members for targeted messages.

Can members create groups?

No, only owners and managers create groups.

Troubleshooting

Not getting notifications?

Check: 1) Wombu Settings → Notifications enabled, 2) Your phone settings allow notifications.

App crashing?

Try: force close, restart phone, check for updates, or reinstall Wombu.
